Neisha is the founder and CEO of NJ Productions, a for-profit theater and entertainment company. She has written, produced, and published several works that have reached audiences along the East Coast of America for nearly the last twenty years. Her company has also presented annual community ventures that provide empowerment opportunities to primarily urban children in need of positive alternatives that promote healthy futures. She has occupied seats on several boards and is considered a leader in both her social and faith communities.​
